1. Cutworm protection
Protect your seedlings from cutworms using:
• Paper towel or toilet paper rolls
• Coffee sleeves
2. Watering a dry surface vs. a wet surface
Cool Tip:
• If you spray or mist the surface of the soil before watering, the water will soak into the soil quicker and have less runoff.
3. Writing on your plant labels
Cool Tip:
• If you use a permanent marker or ball point pen to write on your labels, it will not bleed or run as much as a rollerball type pen
