The most difficult task is waste disposal. There is so much of waste around you that just looking at the pile you will feel distressed. In order to get is right you need to get a skip having appropriate size. A skip or dumpster is a large open topped waste container designed for loading onto a special type of lorry. After it is filled with garbage, the skip is removed and the garbage is tipped at transfer station.

Skip bins have typical distinctive shape. the longitudinal cross-section of the skip bin is either a trapezoid or two stacked trapezoids. The lower trapezoid has the smaller edge at the bottom of the skip bin, and a longer edge at the top. These are commonly used to hold construction or demolition waste and other wastes like tree cuttings, garden waste etc. Waste management is an important factor and skips play major role in it. Hence, it becomes essential to hire a skip having perfect size, which suits your needs. Hence if you want rubbish removal and waste disposal, you need skip bin hire!

General waste skip bins can be hired depending on your type and amount of waste. A good tip when getting rid of unwanted furniture, trees etc are to break them into small pieces first. This way you will need a smaller skip size, which will cost you less money. Another factor, which needs to be taken into consideration, is where  the hired skip is going to be placed. If it is to be placed in restricted environment, it's better to get several small sized skips instead of one big skip. This will ensure easy access to the skip for filling. If skip is stored in public places or pavements, it might require prior permission.

There are various skip sizes ranging from mini skips, medium to large skips. If you need to get rid of smaller items then mini skips are ideal. Mini skips vary in size but normally range from 2 to 4 cubic yards in volume. These are termed as 2 yard skips and 4 yard skips respectively. If you have more amount of waste to dispose you can use medium sized skips called as midi skips. These range from 4 to 6 cubic yards. This skip can be used to dispose household or office waste. If you much more waste to dispose you should think of buying builder's skip which is around 8 cubic yards. This skip can be used to dispose heavy construction waste, rubble, bricks etc.

For major industrial waste, commercial skip is the best option. These are very large and range from 14-40 cubic yards. These are also called Ro-Ro skips because they 'roll on' and 'roll off' a skip lorry using built-in metal rollers at one end of the skip. There are different types of skip bins available  based on purpose of usage.

1.General wastes skip bins: These are suitable for general household disposals, garage clean outs etc.

2.Green waste skip bins: These are suitable for grass trimmings, green organic wastes, flowers and tree pruning.

3.Hard fill skip bins: Suitable for disposing clay, bricks, rocks, concrete, ceramic tiles.

4.General waste wheelie  bins: Suitable for general household rubbish.

5.Green waste wheelie bins: Suitable for garden wastes and green organic wastes.

Therefore based on the type of waste you can decide the size of the skip to be hired. Also where is is going to be placed is also very important. If it is going to be placed in public place, prior permit is necessary. Most skip hiring companies do not offer clients this service and hence are ready to arrange permit on their behalf. So don't wait anymore and immediately hire a suitable skip and promote waste management.
