Zuchhini flowers can easily be replaced with pumpkin ones, depending on what can find. Both of them are edible, while their tastes are similar.

The easiest option is to fry the zuchhini blossoms in a traditional coating of flour, egg and bread crumbs. However, there are a lot of impressive recipes, which you can try and add the zuchhini blossom a special taste.

Apart from a main meal, the zuchiini flowers can be served as garnish.

Do not hesitate to cut them into pieces and serve as an edible decoration on pasta, risotto or even vegetable soup.

Always wash the zucchini flowers well, because they often contain little flies and bugs. Remove the flower stamens before cooking. It is better if the flowers are dry, while cooking.
