  • 2 eggs
  • ¼  medium-sized zucchi (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 zuchhini flowers
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream
  • 2 pieces of mozzarella
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Parmigiana for serving

Preparation:

  1. Mix the cut zuchini with the finely chopped blossoms.
  2. Add the sour cream, the finely cut mozzarella and the minced garlic. Add salt and other seasoning of your own choice.
  3. Place in a slightly oiled baking form (you can easily use the muffin or soufflé forms)
  4. Bake in a preheat oven at least 7-8 minutes. It's better to define the time yourselves, depending on whether you prefer the zucchini more raw and the egg crumbly.
  5. If you use forms for single use, lower the baking time with 1-2 minutes.

  5. Carefully, fold it into two.
  6. Serve while still hot.
