Our frontyard vegetable garden

Our garden finally recieved it's first hard frost.  The frontyard green leaves are curled up tightly, which is a self-protective move, and dusted with white glitter. The wilted, sad looking leaves, are temporarily out of service. If I pick the vegetable greens now, they will become a mushy, slimy mess on my kitchen counter. By waiting a few hours, until the sun rises and warms the air, it'll give the winter greens a chance to recover. By noon today, the kale, swiss chard, arugula, hardy lettuce and beet tops will perk back up into their usual splendor. After that happens, I will harvest some for our lunch and dinner meals. Today, I'm going to try some new recipes using our bounty of swiss chard  What is your favorite winter greens recipe?
