Watermelon Salad with Habañero and Basil

2 cups watermelon chunks
3/4 cup minced onion
1/2 cup seedless grapes, quartered
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 to 2 tsp. minced habañero pepper
3 Tbs. lime juice
1 Tbs. olive oil
3 Tbs. thinly sliced fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Makes 4 cups

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Allow the flavors to meld before serving.
