Dill Biscuits

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbs. cold unsalted butter
1 cup finely chopped dill
1 cup whole milk
2 Tbs. dill seeds

Makes 12 biscuits

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Cut in the butter until you have a coarse meal texture. Stir in the chopped dill. Add the milk and stir just until the mixture clings together.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving about an inch between each biscuit. Sprinkle lightly with dill seeds.

Bake for about 15 min. or until the biscuits are tinged brown. Serve immediately.
