Melted Cheese with Fennel

4 Tbs. chopped fennel
2 slices of bread
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Fennel seeds
1 serving
Sprinkle the chopped fennel on the bread. Cover the bread with the cheese slices and sprinkle a few fennel seeds on top of the cheese. Broil until the cheese bubbles. Serve hot.
