I have had a small backyard garden for 10 years and plant mostly tomatoes.  Last year I let the garden rest.  This year my tomato plants are just not producing much fruit - I've only gotten a few tomatoes per plant.  Garden soil was tested, ph is ok and I fertilize. Soil has been enhanced over the years with manure, dried blood, compost. Is there anything else I can do to increase the crop short of replacing all the soil?

Does Miracle Grow fertilizer really work?
