Lemon Zinger Smoothie

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups lemonade, preferably fresh squeezed
2 peaches or nectarines, cut up and frozen
3/4-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and grated

1 serving

This classic combination is packed with vitamin C.

Whir all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
