Last year was my first growing spinach, and I tried two varieties: Bloomsdale Long-Standing, and Space Hybrid. I found the Space hybrid just kept producing and producing, long after the Bloomsdale had bolted. It also came back (from seed?) in the autumn. Now I'm desperately digging through all my records and my seed box, trying to remember where I bought the seed last year!

I'd love more details on how to assemble the trellis. What kind of wood, how much, what kind of twine, how do you make it easy to assemble/disassemble, etc. I guess I want a how-to article!
