Re: Aphids Ain't All Bad

Thanks for the best article I've found yet on aphids. I'm dealing with an attack on my zucchini, and I'm trying to sort out an effective method for dealing with them as well as figuring out why they've arrived. (I've opted to use Neem as well as aluminum foil.) The growing season here in Tokyo is much different than the one I'm accustomed to in Michigan, so there's a bit of a learning curve.

Aphids are also apparently the biggest problem for gardeners and farmers here, so I'm happy to finally find a source that's helping me sort it out. I've also read that they're attracted to yellow blossoms, and that nasturtiums make a good trap crop. Thoughts on this?
