Lambs Quarters is Not epazote, although it must be somewhat related as epazote once was considered a Chenopod.

From Wikipedia:
"Epazote, wormseed, Jesuit's tea, Mexican tea, Paico or Herba Sancti Mariæ (Dysphania ambrosioides, formerly Chenopodium ambrosioides) is an herb native to Central America, South America, and southern Mexico."

Epazote isn't fuzzy, for one thing, although the seedheads do look a lot like lambs quarters.
