What an ingenious idea, so simple and we all have access to newspapers. I have used the corrugated egg cartons this year, but I'm going to switch to your idea for my remaining seedlings.

As a child, my mother would ALWAYS crush a fresh garlic clove and give to my brother and I in early spring for "whatever" ailed us. It really works. I passed this on to my children and they are doing the same with theirs! I have not grown garlic but I sure will this year.
