Apple Juice, Pear, and Banana Autumn Smoothie Special

Ingredients:
1 cup apple juice, preferably fresh pressed
1 pear, cut up and frozen
1 banana, cut up and frozen
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
Grated cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

1 serving

When summer is gone and fall is in the air, making full use of autumn fruits is a great way to celebrate nature’s bounty. As always, fresh juices add even more intense flavors to your smoothies.  Freeze the apple juice in ice cube trays for a thicker smoothie.

Whir all ingredients in the blender. Add a dash of freshly grated cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
