tomatoes - 1 kg
roasted red peppers - 2 kg
salt - about 1 tablespoon
sugar - about 2-3 tablespoons
sunflower oil - 1/2 cup
  • * Chop or cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • * Clean and finely chop or mince the pepper.
  • * Put the tomatoes in a deep dish (I put them in а pan) and boil them until the water evaporates.
  • * Аdd pepper, salt and sugar, cooking oil, as necessary.
  • * Fry until ready.
  • * Pour the finished lyutenitsa in jars and sterilize for 25 minutes (My grandma left them with the caps down for 2-3 days)
  • * Enjoy!
